Walk List
The Trail Walking Club was founded in 1997 by Jon Ryley and Tim Cooper (RIP).
What started with Helvellyn and Coniston that first year, followed by Sergeant Man in
1998, has grown into a long-standing tradition of mountain walking, friendship, and purpose.
Those first walks in 1997 acted as a pilot, initially with a small group, before evolving into a
larger organised walk bringing together Tim’s company, Sun Chemical, and Jon’s company, Marcam.
